What Our Dietary Aides Do:
- Set up meal trays, food carts, dining rooms, etc.
- Set up steam table, serve food in dining as instructed.
- Assist in checking diet trays before for errors regarding diet and allergy.
- Deliver and collect foot carts, and trays to and from designated areas.
- Perform dishwashing/ cleaning procedures.
- Provide assistance to cook and other dietary personnel and service of meals.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of food handling, prep and service
- Knowledge of local and state health codes a plus
- Basic understanding of kitchen cookware and appliances
