Cadia Healthcare Pike Creek is seeking a Full Time Unit Clerk/Central Supply a week to assist the nursing unit with scheduling, ordering and managing supplies and maintaining medical records for the nursing unit.

Responsibilities
- Make appointments and arrange transportation for diagnostic and therapeutic services
- Answer telephones, route calls and takes messages, as needed
- Receive and file all diagnostic reports promptly and accurately
- Forward completed charts of discharged residents to the Medical Records Department
- Order Nurse supplies for all units
- Maintain par levels of supplies for nursing department
- Assist with dining room and activity room, as necessary
- Assist administrative and nursing staff, as assigned
- Review complaints and grievances made by the resident and make reports to Unit Managers, ADON and DON
Qualifications
- Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Previous experience in in Long Term Care is highly desired
