Dialysis Charge Nurse (RN), (dialysis experience preferred) has a vital role in the dialysis outpatient clinic, you will oversee all aspects of its operation. Including:
• Supervise direct patient care, perform patient assessments, develop and administer dialysis plans, analyze patient data, administer medications, fluid therapy/blood products, and other treatments per physician orders.
• Performing staff and patient scheduling
• Preparing, monitoring and maintaining dialysis machines and systems.
As a Charge Registered Nurse you be expected to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with new challenges to trouble-shoot and overcome.

Qualified Charge Nurse (RN) requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
• Current CPR certification required
• At least 24 months of registered nursing experience
• At least 12 months of dialysis experience required

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current Maryland nursing license
- Must possess a current CPR license
- Previous long term care experience is required
- Must have at least 5 years of Nursing experience
- Must have at least 3 years of previous supervisory experience
