Job Description:
This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care. The RN Unit Manager will be responsible for reviewing documentation, collaborating with the Pharmacy, and participating in an on-call schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, such as completing medical forms and reports
- Consult with residents, family members, and providers to plan care and treatment
- Assure notification of changes in resident condition to providers and next of kin
Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state
- Must possess a current CPR license
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Previous long term care experience is desirable
Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $83,500 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
