Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the nursing staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
- Review documentation in the electronic health record for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy to order/reorder resident medications, including narcotics
- Participate in an on-call schedule
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in this state or compact state
- Must possess a current CPR license
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Previous long term care experience is desirable
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $83,500 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off, is also offered.
