Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Set the gold standard for customer service, quality, and cleanliness, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
- Bring the Energy: Create a positive, upbeat, and fun work environment where team members thrive and feel motivated to excel.
- Own the Details: Master our POS system, wash equipment, and service processes to ensure seamless operations and top-notch service.
- Build a Dream Team: Partner with HR and the Operations Team to recruit, train, and evaluate top-tier Supervisors, Sales Representatives, and Crew Members.
- Solve Challenges: Address customer or employee issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Keep Us Stocked and Running: Manage inventory, oversee equipment repairs, and ensure the facility is always in peak operating condition.
- Master the Schedule: Plan and optimize staffing schedules to ensure efficient labor management and smooth operations.
