We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring top-tier service. You will work closely with our sales and processing team to maintain strong client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, providing proactive support and expert guidance.
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, claims assistance, and policy reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy servicing.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in commercial insurance account management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in AMS360
- Property and Casualty license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.ls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
