Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bids, and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct material and labor take-offs and analyze project expenses.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and contracts for accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Assist in project planning, procurement, and job handoff meetings.
Requirements
- 5 years of estimating experience (or 8 years without a degree).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and cost analysis.
- Strong understanding of bidding, contract negotiation, and project planning.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
