Position summary:
The Superintendent will oversee the construction process for wood-frame multifamily commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. This role involves managing job site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure job site safety and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Manage schedules, daily reporting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Oversee QA/QC processes, including inspections and material testing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Utilize technology, including MS Office and PROCOR, to track progress and updates.
Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of experience in mid-to-high-rise wood-frame multifamily construction.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, scheduling, and materials.
- Proficient in technology, with intermediate to advanced skills in relevant software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
