Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales within the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales territory, developing effective sales strategies, cultivating and nurturing customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales territory to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- Ensure the successful achievement of sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, sales strategy, and customer relationship management.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in analyzing sales data and market trends.
- Previous experience in the agriculture or seed sales industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
