Job Overview:
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a family law attorney in Oregon.
The ideal candidate will:
· Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
· Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations
· Negotiate settlement agreements
· Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings and trials
· Feel comfortable in court appearances
· Work with your dedicated paralegal to maintain accurate and organized case files
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an accredited law school
· Admitted to practice law in Oregon
· 3 years of experience practicing family law in Oregon
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
· High level of professionalism, compassion, and empathetic approach to representation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,793.00 - $84,492.00 per year
