What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Sales Manager position at Cadila Global solution?
- Develop and grow the Cleveland/ Ohio territories.
- Identify and develop new customer relationships and maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
- Work with Company management to develop and implement marketing and business.
- Evaluate opportunities, prepare estimates and project budgets, and draft proposals and contracts in order to sell commercial roofing services throughout Ohio.
- Oversee all projects sold, maintain good customer relations, and help to ensure projects are completed to the satisfaction of customers.
- Maintain sales pipeline in a timely manner through the use of Zoho CRM, sales spreadsheets, and other reporting tools as requested by Company management.
- Maintain appropriate and timely communications with Company management regarding sales pipelines, customer relationships, market trends, competitive dynamics, and other areas of interest.
- Assist Company staff with collecting accounts receivable on an as needed basis.
- Work with Company management to implement policies that will improve the Company and work environment as a whole.
- Be versatile in helping us with other needs as requested to help grow and improve the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
