Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Superintendent located in Belleville, IL. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project milestones are met, managing subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and communicating with project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction management, project planning, and scheduling
- Knowledge of earth moving projects, streets, storm sewers, and concrete work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure safety standards
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines
- Experience with budgeting and cost analysis
- Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field

Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
