Overview
We’re looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and manage a defined geographic area. You’ll promote our services to Urologists, Pediatric and Rehabilitation Hospitals, build strong client relationships, and develop new accounts through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and manage accounts within assigned territory
- Build relationships with healthcare facilities and providers
- Conduct cold calls and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer reps
- Use SPIN Selling and field training to continuously improve skills
- Manage territory budget and reporting
- Travel and occasional overnight stays required

- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
- Experience in healthcare or managed care preferred
- Ability to manage a territory like it’s your own business
