Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the sales department, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership goals.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and manufacturer standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and drive customer traffic.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Customer Experience Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury automotive dealership.
