Accounts Receivable/Cashier

Overview
We seek a dedicated and friendly Accounts Receiveable / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our grocery store, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage various tasks will contribute to a positive shopping experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that stock levels are adequate.
• Accounts receivable-.
• Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or automotive environments is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Accounts receivable basics are a plus.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
