Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate estimates
- Review and analyze repair orders to determine necessary repairs and costs
- Ensure all estimates are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
