Job Title: Highly Motivated Retail Service Professional - Merchandise Trailer at Cadillac Ranch
We are looking for a part-time Team Member for our Merchandise Trailer at Cadillac Ranch. As a Team member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, assisting with sales, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Experience with trailer hauling and backing is a plus!
Job Hours:
- Wednesday through Monday:
- Winter: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Summer: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (weather permitting)
- Additional warehouse hours may be required.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: Starting at 14, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with merchandise selection and processing sales transactions.
- Ensure the trailer is stocked with products and organized.
- Safely operate and haul a truck and trailer.
- Create a welcoming environment for customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications: We are looking for a hardworking, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and qualifications:
- Clean driving record (Required)
- Cash handling experience
- Respectful and caring attitude toward customers and coworkers
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to haul and operate a truck and trailer safely
- Self-disciplined and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- A team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Experience in customer service (Preferred)
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
