Cadiville is hiring! We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious drinks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
We are currently hiring primarily for our weekend shifts, so weekend day and night availability is required. Additional weekday shifts are also available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and answering questions regarding drink selections.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using a POS system and cash register.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal requirements regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for special events or banquets, including catering services as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.
