Engineering Manager
Location : Brighton Home Office - City of Industry, CA (hybrid)
Description
We are seeking a talented, motivated, experienced, and thoughtful Engineering Lead to join our growing Engineering team. As Engineering Lead, you will play a critical role in steering our engineering roadmap, focusing on planning and implementing integrations between various SaaS platforms, as well as leading the development of custom web applications. This position requires a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on development, with a strong emphasis on collaboration (servant leadership) and innovation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Technology Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a no-blame culture of innovation, delivery, and continuous learning.
- Hands-On Development across the Stack : Contribute to development projects, expertly handling tasks in Javascript / Node.js, Python, React or Vue, HTML and CSS, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure technology solutions align with business needs and deliver value.
- Ship deliver.
