2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Location : Claryville Facility, Alexandria, KY (Onsite)
Employment Type : Permanent
Salary : $26.00 $35.00 per hour (plus $0.80 shift differential for 2nd shift)
Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our 2nd shift at the Claryville facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electromechanical systems and equipment. This position ensures a safe and efficient operation while adhering to company policies, including Client's safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant equipment and support systems, including PLCs, scales, conveyors, chillers, and more.
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical / hydraulic / pneumatic schematics, and ladder logic diagrams.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using precision techniques.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (3-phase), mechanical systems, motor controls, and computer / PLC-controlled systems.
- Fabricate and weld various types of metals (preferred skill).
- Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance activities and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, including lock-out tag-out (LOTO), Arc-Flash, and hot work permits.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, working collaboratively with supervisors and planners.
- Work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
