Essential Skill : Proficient in C# is mandatory.
Current Issue : Many candidates list C# on their resumes but lack extensive experience, leading to failures in the technical screening.
2. Leadership Ability
Role Expectation :
o Senior position requiring technical leadership.
o Ability to make technical decisions and lead the team from a technical standpoint.
o Not a people management role, but must hold their own among senior and principal engineers.
3. Scrum and Agile Experience
Preferred Skill : Experience with Scrum teams or having served as a Scrum Master is highly desirable.
