We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to conceptualize, build, and implement our burgeoning digital product stack. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working with ambiguity, and be excited about rolling their sleeves up. We require experience in data engineering & visualization, and scaling automation tools within a growing organization. We value energetic and tenacious people with a "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
This position offers ample growth potential and provides an exciting opportunity for development in a high-impact technology role within our organization. This role reports to our Director of Operations, currently has 1 direct report, and is responsible for managing additional resources as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Software Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years software development experience (Python preferred)
- Experience in product management, automation technologies, and data visualization
- Solid understanding of databases, SQL, and data governance principles.
- Experience in leading initiatives end-to-end, managing stakeholders, and running
multiple projects or work-streams simultaneously.
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
