Basic Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience coupled with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Ability to understanding clients’ business goals leading to the development and implementation of a data strategy to support a successful implementation
- Ability to think strategically and relate architectural decisions/recommendations to business needs and client culture
- Experienced across all phases of data modeling, from conceptualization to database optimization
- Ability to coordinate all efforts that affect data, with the focus on with improving the consistency, timeliness, quality, security and delivery of data
- Good communication skills both written and verbal accompanied with strong listening skills.

- Understanding of software development lifecycles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively data model a complex domain.
- Works effectively in a cross-functional team consisting of managers, supervisors, business analysts, graphic designers, and other software engineers to ensure timely delivery of software solutions within budget.
- Familiarity with SCRUM / Agile development methods.
- Strong logical, analytical, and follow-up skills; must be proactive and take initiative.
- Design, develop, test, implement and support database systems to support application development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production database related issues in a timely fashion.
- Ability to create tables, indexes, keys, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures and functions to facilitate efficient data manipulation, integration and consistency.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
