Cadrex is searching for an Accounting Assistant to support accounting operations by filing, running software programs, entering accounts payables & receivables. Supports other Cadrex departments by performing administrative tasks such as filing documents, organizing electronic files, and sorting & assembling forms & documents.

Key Responsibilities
- Processes AP vouchers
- Posts customer payments
- Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents
- Reconciles vendor statements
- Submits invoices to customer portals
- Prepares and distributes reports as needed
- Provides back up receptionist and AP support as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
