Caduceus Healthcare Inc. seeks a seasoned Airport Security Program Director to lead our IDIQ program for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for managing the total work associated with providing security screening services at participating airports nationwide.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with a strong background in aviation security, airport operations, personnel security screening services, or contract management.
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or higher from an accredited educational institution;
- Hold certification by an industry-recognized aviation or personnel security association; or
- Have at least 10 years of experience in any of the aforementioned fields;
Your expertise will enable you to develop and implement operational strategies to enhance security effectiveness, passenger throughput, and overall airport safety.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing security screening personnel to ensure they meet TSA training, certification, and performance standards;
- Overseeing workforce planning and training to maintain a high-performing security team;
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with all federal aviation security regulations, policies, and contractual requirements;
- Implementing the Operations Management Plan as approved by TSA;
