What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrode Sales Support Representative position at Cadwell?
The Electrode Sales Support Representative processes all incoming supply and accessory orders. This position partners with both the Inside and Outside Electrode Sales Teams to enable purchases of Cadwell products by assisting existing and new customers with the purchasing of supplies and accessories. The Electrode Sales Support Representative must demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
- Professionally handles incoming requests, inquiries, and orders from customers, as well as from Inside and Outside Electrode Sales Teams
- Works with multiple Cadwell departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, solutions-oriented approach when interacting with customers and co-workers
- Stays current on Cadwell products and software, and proficient on use of internal systems
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education / Experience:
- Associate degree in related field, or 2 years of related education/experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in customer service, sales or other relevant experience required
Job Knowledge / Requirements:
- Pleasant, positive, patient, and helpful customer service skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally through listening, speaking, and writing skills
- Strong business math skills; read and interpret data and reports
- Computer skills: MS Office and Google applications, query tools, and database systems and applications
- Completes work both independently and as an effective member of the team, adapting to changing requirements, deadlines, and priorities as needed
- Must develop knowledge of Cadwell product lines and how electrodes and accessories are used by clinicians, and know what questions to ask in order to be effective in assisting customers
- Critical success criteria include attention to detail, organized approach to work, effective time management and follow-through
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
- General office positions may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
- Extensive use of computer and telephone
- Work assigned shifts to cover department hours of 7:30am-4:30pm EST; overtime may be required to meet business needs
