Top 5 Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain recurring financial and operational reports to support decision-making across departments.
- Assist with compiling and distributing weekly and monthly reporting packages.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, preparing templates, and updating reports.
- Help track and monitor actuals against budget and forecast, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Assist in updating dashboards and visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g., DOMO).
- Provide ad hoc reporting and data pulls as requested by Finance leadership and department heads.
- Maintain financial data files and documentation to ensure reporting processes are well-organized and auditable.
- Assist with financial system updates, testing, or process documentation as needed.
- Provide general support to the Finance team and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with PowerPoint and financial modeling.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., DOMO, Tableau) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Extended periods of viewing computer screens
- Moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, music, and light foot traffic)
