Job Summary
Calling all storytellers and design wizards! We're on the hunt for a creative powerhouse to join our Marketing team as a Presentation Designer. If you get excited about bringing stories to life through stunning visuals and love adding that extra spark with motion design, we want to meet you!
Imagine crafting dynamic presentations that don't just informthey captivate and inspire. You'll blend your eye for design with motion expertise to create experiences that make our CADY stories unforgettable, whether we're speaking to our team or our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product launch presentation decks for executive team review phases.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Production and Operation teams to gather feedback and provide strategic recommendations for launch presentation decks.
- Work with the CEO to design and tailor executive presentations with the ability to think creatively on how to deliver a story.
- Design and animate custom graphics, transitions, and visual elements that maintain brand consistency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives and translate their vision into powerful visual narratives
- Create and maintain presentation templates, and motion design assets
- Optimize presentations for different platforms and delivery methods for live presentations, virtual and internal meetings
- Follow and implement CADY brand guidelines and contribute new assets to the brand portfolio
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating both static and motion-based presentation work
- 3 years of experience in presentation design with demonstrated motion design capabilities
- Expert proficiency in Google Slides, Keynote, and Powerpoint
- Strong knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion design software
- Excellence in typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Strong storytelling abilities and experience in narrative development
- Must be willing to work on site in Alpharetta, GA. four days a week
Technical Skills
- Apple Keynote
- Google Slides
- Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Animation and motion graphics software
- Video editing tools
Experience
- Experience with data visualization and infographic design
- Knowledge of interactive presentation tools
- Experience working with brand guidelines and creating cohesive visual systems
- Familiarity with video editing and sound design
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams
- Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Motion Graphics, or related field
