Job Summary
CADY is looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Analyst will be expected to provide total financial leadership, direction, and analysis to the operational management teams supporting our business segments. Areas of focus will include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and other strategic projects to support the business. This role will report directly to the CFO and will play a key role in driving functional financial metrics and will work closely with cross functional leadership to provide business insights and drive financial performance. We are building a Finance team of high performers and trusted partners who leverage data to deliver strategic insights and empower decision-making, solve problems, and mitigate risks. These teammates produce timely, accurate reporting and customized financial analysis to support management decisions. Your work will directly impact the success of the Finance team and CADY as we scale our business.

Top 5 Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed budget and forecast models and communicate them to all stakeholders.
- Provide department heads budget-to-actual analysis and support managers in the development of action plans to improve variances.
- Assist in the preparation of financial package presentation materials for senior management.
- Analyze financial results by working with department heads and Sales teams on preparing commentary and presenting to C-Suite.
- Prepare and summarize daily/weekly/monthly revenue and cost analysis and variances.
- Recommends and implements ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work practices and procedures affecting the revenue, accounting process and financial reporting.
- Support revenue and margin analysis for new and existing markets and product lines.
- Research, prepare and execute Finance Department initiatives such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as required.
- Perform ad hoc finance and business case analyses for stakeholders.
Qualifications/Skill Requirements
- Bachelor's degree - Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent practical experience with 4-8 years of Finance or FP&A experience.
- Skilled at developing relationships with business partners and serving as a strategic advisor.
- Detail oriented and ability to deliver with timeliness and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and with senior management.
- Solid understanding of budget and GAAP concepts.
- Builder mentality - identifies problems quickly and is eager to build solutions from scratch, not just improve on the work of others.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- DOMO BI experience is a plus.
- Extended periods of viewing computer screens
- Moderate noise and other potential sensory stimulants (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, music, and light foot traffic)
