Are you ready for a rewarding opportunity? We are seeking an ambitious software engineering professional to join our leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible to coach, support, train, and motivate team members to ensure a high level of performance. This position will be responsible for personnel management of a software team to include performance assessment, career development guidance, program assignments, merit and salary actions, training plans, staffing and recruiting. This role is anticipated to be 75% performing in a technical role and 25% coverage performing the duties associated with this position. As the Software Manager you will be responsible for :

Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
