CAE, the worldwide leader in aviation training is looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our Phoenix Aviation Academy in Mesa, AZ.

In this role, the Inventory Clerk will work 3:12 Schedule: Friday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Assist in activities related to sourcing, procuring, and tracking needed materials and supplies for CAE facilities.
- Work with the Supply Chain Specialist in maintaining visibility, traceability, and payment of open and closed POs for CAE facilities.
- Issue tools and parts to mechanics as needed.
- Perform warranty, RMA, and R&R processes as needed.
- Update internal database to optimize parts room efficiency.
- Oversee compliance with tool calibration, tracking, and hazardous materials.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate FAA compliance within the CAE parts room.
- Replenish inspection carts, hardware racks, and liquid consumables.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system.
- Be internal/external customer-friendly and service-oriented.
- Maintain an organize parts room and undertake projects to improve its functionality.
- Maintain overall hangar and aircraft cleanliness, including FOD walks, cleaning floors, washing aircraft, and organizing equipment and materials.
- Operate forklift and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Experience in a purchasing role is highly valued.
- Customer service-oriented and motivated to learn and grow.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
