Position Summary:
The Customer Service Support Representative plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient support and technical assistance for the companys medical products. This role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and text, troubleshooting product issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service quality. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and compassionate patient support via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
- Utilize active listening and clear communication to assist patients effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with OrthoCors medical devices.
- Coordinate service requests for products, including replacement and additional garments.
- Triage patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Process Field Experience Reports (FERs) for complaints or product concerns.
- Evaluate complaints to determine if Regulatory reporting or CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes are required.
- Maintain accurate patient files and database records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or patient services.
- Proven ability to handle problem resolution and de-escalation techniques.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
- Salary Range: $21.00 $28.00 per hour.

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
