Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bi-lingual HR Generalist with 2–3 years of experience to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace
culture.
- Effectively handles disciplinary issues and investigations and escalate as appropriate.
- Manage and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
mechanisms.
- Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communication regarding benefits programs.
- Assist in collecting and entering forms and documentation related to work injuries, FMLA/ADA application requests, etc.
- Develop new processes and procedures of the Human Resources departments, as well as improve existing processes.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years or more of HR generalist experience, preferably within the med-tech or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
- Salary Range: $65,000– $72,000 per year.

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
