OrthoCor Medical is hiring Regional Sales Directors. This role will make a meaningful impact while driving sales and leading a high-performing team.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that ensures the achievement of sales goals, market share expansion, and profitability within the assigned region. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in medical device sales and team leadership. You will be expected to foster growth through relationship-building, market insights, and effective contract management, all while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan and strategy that aligns with company goals, ensuring territory growth and profitability.
- Lead and coach the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention through best practices and innovative methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, surgeons, and other key stakeholders within the VA, DOD, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury DME, and alternative payer channels.
- Regularly engage with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels, product usage, and new product penetration.
- Analyze sales data and market insights, translating them into actionable strategies for the sales team.
- Represent the company at community and business meetings to enhance brand visibility and promote our products.
- Provide market insights to Directors and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and market share.
- Lead large strategic contract negotiations and manage contract compliance across sales channels.
- Develop and communicate sales quotas, revenue goals, and budgets for the region.
- Mentor and develop distributor teams, sales representatives, and prescribing customers to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment and cohesion in sales efforts.
- Utilize available marketing materials and competitive knowledge to raise awareness of growth opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes within the region.
- Complete related tasks and additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 5 years in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Experience working within VA, DOD, Workers Compensation, Personal Injury DME, and alternative payer mixes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and lead teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
- Salary Range: $240,000.00 - $280,000.00. Salary/Incentive comp per year at plan

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and may include education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
