OrthoCor Medical, a division of Caerus Corp located in Blaine, MN is seeking a Territory Sales Managers to join our team!
Position Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for educating clinicians and patients on OrthoCor Medical products in an assigned territory Charlotte or Raleigh, NC preferred . Responsible for establishing sales strategies to attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. Responsible for penetrating underserved clinical markets, particularly in the VA. Assist in providing clinician support with training, product solutions, and practice needs related to the company’s products and services. Must maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement sales strategies, and sell products and services to customers in the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Identify potential customers within the territory and develop relationships with them to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Reach out to potential leads through a variety of channels such as email, phone, text, and social media.
- Effectively communicate product or service benefits to potential customers through presentations, proposals, and other sales methods.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and customer feedback to improve sales processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team, as well as other internal teams such as marketing and product development, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Continuously research and gather market intelligence to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential customers and promote the company's products or services.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Medical device and/or pharmaceutical sales experience required
- Experience in the VA call points (VAMC, CBOC, Community Care) environment required
- Prior DME experience desirable
- 2 years successful direct field sales experience desirable
- Travel within territory as well as outside territory for conferences and training
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- This role requires daily travel within the territory.
Compensation:
Caerus Corp provides the following information about compensation for this position:
- Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 per year, uncapped incentive compensation.

The salary range is based on several factors which will vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include but not limited to education, work experience, scope and responsibilities of position and geographic location.
