Overview
CAES by Honeywell is seeking a Documentation Control Specialist III to support a large assembly group by creating and updating documentation. You will perform periodic audits to ensure compliance to documentation. Your leadership will enable the assembly group to maintain documentation such that instructions are clear and ensure compliance behavior by all personnel. This position is located in San Jose, CA, and no relocation is available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ECO (Engineering Change Orders) with other departments. There is collaboration at this point that requires independent decisions and changes with the engineers that create the ECOs.
- Lead and conduct audits, post metrics and support assembly area such that compliance is maintained.
- Write ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) and update assembly local control documents
- Independently determine root causes and corrective actions for any compliance findings. Work with other groups to implement corrective actions as-needed with minimal oversight.
- Interface with internal customers to ensure assembly production is supported.

Salary Range : Document Control Specialist III : $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
