Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and data driven Document Control Specialist to join our team! You will be a key memeber of the projec execution team responsible for ensuring project document control standards are met and upheld for our Woburn, Massachusetts and Whippany, New Jersey facilities.
Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & maintain the master list of all company-controlled documentation.
- Ensures system for controlling documents & data is maintained within the Quality Management System. Maintain digital and paper-based documentation.
- Audit department documentation, to include QMS requirements & their current practices for accuracy.
- Responsible for helping to maintain the quality management system and continually improving its effectiveness.
- Responsible for following all relative quality management systems (AS9100D / ISO9001), and our customer's quality requirements.
- Responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by meeting our customer requirements.
- Maintains and further develop ECR / ECN / DCR process.
- Maintains and further develop Deviation / Waiver process.
- Assist with Part number and Bill of Material creation / maintenance.
- Contribute to Process improvement opportunities.

Salary Range : Document Contro Specialist III : $78,048 - $117,072 Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
