JOB SUMMARY:
Provides excellent guest service to all casino guests and Caesars Rewards Members.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
- Provides excellent guest service to all guests and Caesars Rewards members.
- Builds and maintains database through club membership. Redeems credits for gifts and other amenity items.
- Provides guests with promotional information.
- Communicates the benefits of the Caesars Rewards program.
- Cross sells property events (shows, promotions) and amenities (hotel, restaurants, etc.).
- Resolves guest/member issues and uses service recovery tools in accordance with the department and property standards.
- Maintains confidentiality of all matters regarding guests and the business operation.
- Processes non-gaming cash transactions in accordance with the policies set forth in Marketing Operations, to include processing Ticketmaster requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 21 years of age or older. Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm and possess basic knowledge of how to operate a computer. A minimum of one-year previous customer service experience is highly preferred. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and be a team player. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (minimum of four hours).
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency while performing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
- Must be able to lift, carry and/or push a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
- Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
