Job Requirements
The Food and Beverage Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our guests in the dining room. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting servers with food and water, cleaning and resetting tables, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be knowledgeable about food and beverage services, able to maintain a clean and organized workspace, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
The key responsibilities include:
- Assisting servers with food and water delivery.
- Cleaning and resetting dining room tables and booths.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Completing pre-shift, running, and post-shift side-work requirements.
- Managing soiled dishes and maintaining a steady supply of clean materials.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work independently.
- Sit and/or stand for long periods (minimum of four hours).
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency when performing tasks.
- Lift, carry, and/or push a minimum of 40 pounds.
- Tolerate areas with secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights.
- Work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
