- Install, inspect, operate, maintain, and service refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems.
- Test and repair electrical components of such equipment and systems.
- Install, test, inspect, clean out, and repair pipes, plumbing systems, and other related equipment.
- Erect, dismantle, and maintain plumbing structures, fixtures, and materials.
- Install, test, inspect, repair, and maintain all electrical equipment, fixtures, appliances, light service, and power systems.
- Construct, repair, test, inspect, operate, maintain, and service various machines, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Perform complex tasks requiring manual dexterity and accuracy.
- Consult with management daily to review operational conditions, staffing requirements, material needs, and other departmental issues.
- Maintain logs, records, and documentation for departmental programs.
- Continuously review material stores to ensure sufficient levels for routine repairs.
- Review material requirements for projected jobs or projects.
