Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, inspection, operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems.
- Testing and repair of electrical components of equipment and systems.
- Installation, testing, inspection, cleaning, and repair of pipes, plumbing systems, and related equipment.
- Erection, dismantling, and maintenance of plumbing structures, fixtures, and materials.
- Installation, testing, inspection, repair, and maintenance of all electrical equipment, fixtures, appliances, light service, and power systems.
- Construction, repair, testing, inspection, operation, maintenance, and service of various machines, mechanical systems, and equipment.
- Performance of complex tasks requiring manual dexterity and accuracy.
- Daily consultation with management on operational conditions, staffing requirements, material needs, and other departmental issues.
- Log maintenance, record keeping, and documentation for departmental programs.
- Material store reviews to ensure sufficient levels for routine repairs.
- Material requirement reviews for projected jobs or projects.
