Server -Banquets part time

Job Description
Summary: Providing exceptional food service to property guests during various events, functions, and activities requires a server with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. This position involves serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Key Job Functions:

• Familiarizing oneself with menu options for banquet functions.
• Greeting guests with a sincere welcome and smile.
• Serving all food and non-alcoholic beverages using proper techniques.
• Keeping glasses filled throughout the meal.
• Removing soiled plates and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
• Completing pre- and post-shift side-work requirements.
• Maintaining a neat and organized environment for guests.
• Ensuring required supplies are stocked in function rooms.
• Providing complete service to assigned tables.
• Adhering to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assisting other servers in clearing and resetting tables.

Education and/or Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in food service. Qualifications: An upbeat attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to uphold high integrity standards are essential for this role. Work Environment:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
• Demonstrating a sense of urgency while performing tasks.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the casino.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights.
