BEHOLD! As a Digital Sportsbook Planning Specialist on the Caesars Sportsbook Digital Sportsbook & Customer Retention team, this role shapes retention and lifecycle marketing strategies. The position is centered on rapid growth & improvement to deliver a quality customer experience through a blend of creativity, planning, analysis, and execution. You will help execute promotional campaigns and drive retention through all appropriate channels.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the Caesars Sportsbook promotional strategy across national and regional channels to support the retention of digital bettors
- Plan and forecast retention mechanisms corresponding with localized market regulations
- Create reports and analyze data to evaluate the performance of promotions
- Track executional processes, competitor programs, and industry initiatives to improve efficiency for scale
- Update customer journey metrics to implement new user experiences in line with evolving technical functionality
- Compile terms, conditions, and legal disclaimers for promotions
- Provide background research and data analysis to support promotions and promotion development
- Assist in the weekly and monthly financial & KPI reporting for promotions as directed by the promotions manager
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sports calendar by sport, league, & popular teams by state
- 2 years of gaming experience; ideally gained with an online Sportsbook operator
- Basic understanding of statistics, particularly probability, and odds
- Strong knowledge of sports, players, teams, and statistics
- Passion for sports betting with an understanding of the industry
- Superb communication, organizational, operational, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to use a range of data insights
- Proven capability to deliver projects against time-sensitive deadlines
- Experience in multiple data analysis tools, including MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Looker, & Optimove
- Ability to use workflow management tools to align with other teams on cross-team work
- Ability to understand league and gaming regulations
