What You Will Do
- Monitor and report on fraud trends
- Oversee day-to-day operations 5 investigators
- Make adjustments to workload as needed
- Implement rules and triggers in our systems to mitigate risk
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Attend meetings and planning sessions
- Review suspicious transactions for fraud
- 2 years of experience dealing with fraud/risk management
- 2 years of leadership experience
- 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years of experience dealing with private/sensitive customer data
- Ability to multi-task
- Work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be confident in one’s ability to assess situations and make informed decisions
- Ability to work through high volume and stressful time periods.
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to type for extended periods of time
- Must be able to twist, bend or reach with no significant boundaries
