Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Caesarstone. In this role, the Senior FA Analyst will be responsible for revenue reporting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and developing comprehensive financial reports. The position also involves conducting ad-hoc financial analyses to support key business decisions and improve operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will leverage Oracle ERP, Excel, and Power BI to generate meaningful financial insights that drive strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• ERP Data Management: Utilize Oracle ERP to ensure accurate financial data is maintained, retrieved, and analyzed for reporting purposes.
• Cost Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on costs associated with distribution operations, identifying areas of cost savings or overspending.
• Variance Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to understand the drivers of discrepancies between actual results and budget/forecast projections.
• Financial Reporting: Create, develop, and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for management and support decision-making.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct various ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, budgeting processes, and operational improvements.
• Data Analysis: Utilize Excel and Power BI to develop financial models, dashboards, and reports that enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other departments to gather relevant data and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  
  

Working Conditions

The Senior Financial Analyst position at Caesarstone is office-based, offering a professional and collaborative work environment. Below are the key working conditions for this role:

• Location: The position will be based at our U.S. headquarters office, with standard office hours typically being from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Work Environment: This is an office-based role, involving frequent interaction with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and operations. The office setting is fast paced, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Technology and Equipment: You will be provided with all necessary tools, including a workstation equipped with the latest versions of Microsoft Excel and Power BI to perform financial analysis and reporting, in addition to Oracle ERP. The company will also provide a laptop computer and other essential office supplies.
• Physical Requirements: While the role is primarily desk-based, you may occasionally need to attend meetings or presentations within the office. The position does not require heavy physical activity, though sitting for extended periods and regular computer use are required.
• Onsite Presence: As this is an office-based position, regular onsite attendance is required. Remote work may be considered on an exception basis but is not a core part of the working arrangement.

Salary Range: $73,584 - $96,000

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in using Oracle ERP for financial data management.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to stakeholders.

• Experience in cost tracking and variance analysis within large-scale distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, data visualization, and developing dynamic financial reports.
