Chef Andrew Carmellini is seeking Polisher/FOH Utility for the opening team at Café Carmellini in The Fifth Avenue Hotel.
Café Carmellini will feature hospitality and service commensurate with Michelin level standards, alongside a Grand Award caliber wine program. Ideal candidates possess:
*A minimum of 2 years of experience in Fine Dining Establishments
*Warm and gracious service approach, and the ability to create stellar guest experiences
*The ability to lift 25 pounds
