Café / Coffee Shop Manager (salary + tips)

Café Conmigo is a coffee, tea, plant, & gift shop that has 2 locations in both the Wexford and Cranberry areas. We now are expanding to 2 locations in Pittsburgh International Airport in 2025 and we are now hiring Managers! Send us your resume via really if you would like to be apart of our team. We are an independent, locally owned coffee shop with a relaxing environment and great customers.

We are looking for individuals with a flexible schedule since we are open everyday of the week. We do ask that all employees commit to working at least every other weekend to be fair for everyone.

At the moment, we are looking for Full-time Managers.

We are looking for those that can work on Saturdays AND Sundays. Not all, but typically every other weekend. We are looking for a long-term candidate for this position, not a seasonal one.

Our first location is expected to open summer of 2025, so we are beginning our hiring process as every employee will need to obtain security clearances and go through training before opening.

Having a year of Barista and/or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Having 2 years of Management experience is preferred.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling
• Inventory
• HR
• Ordering
• Taking orders at the register
• Preparing drinks and ready-to-go food for customers.
• Cleaning
• Stocking
• Washing Dishes
• Point of Sale System
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures
• Provide and exceptional experience for customers through interaction and meeting expectations
• Understand and maintain operational policies and procedures
• Ensure that experience standards and operational systems are executed properly
• Work alongside other Café Managers for consistency.
