We currently seek an Assistant Manager with experience in full-service casual or upscale restaurant environments.

• is proficient with inventory counting and control;

• is adept at reading and responding to all financial information and controls;

• has cost analysis experience;

• has important industry certifications;

• has alcohol knowledge;

• has back-of-house knowledge;

• has working knowledge of POS systems, particularly Aloha (very helpful but not imperative).

Compensation: (all terms subject to change)

• Base salary commensurate with experience;

• Paid Holidays / Vacation;

• A bonus structure that is objectively based on the café’s successful performance in both guest satisfaction and financial discipline (paid quarterly beginning the third month of employment;

• Company participation in health insurance, which can include your spouse, partner, or entire family. Café Intermezzo currently pays 50% of health. Dental and Vision are available at your option.

• Simple Individual Retirement Account (“SIMPLE IRA”) available after two years' employment, with employer contribution match up to 3% of income.
