Duties
- Greet potential tenants and provide them with information about available properties.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to prospective renters.
- Assist in the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and filed accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management software, including Entrata, to manage tenant records effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for showings.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Support administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including filing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential tenants.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Familiarity with Entrata is a plus.
- Proficient in office software applications and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
